General Contractor from RTB to COD.

ROCAS takes single-point responsibility for integrated project delivery while coordinating specialist engineering, equipment, construction and grid partners.

Execution framework

One delivery chain. Defined interfaces.

ROCAS remains the General Contractor for ROCAS-originated projects. Specialist scopes are executed through selected partners under ROCAS coordination, programme control and accountability.

01

RTB / NTP

Project baseline, permitting, grid conditions and investor requirements.

02

Engineering & Design Freeze

Detailed design, SLD, layout, protection, civil and grid-interface freeze.

03

Procurement & FAT

BESS, PCS, MV skids, transformers, switchgear and long-lead equipment.

04

BoP / Grid Works

Civil works, foundations, cabling, MV/HV systems and connection works.

05

Energisation

Controlled energisation, protection verification and system integration.

06

Testing & COD

SAT, grid-code tests, performance validation, commissioning and handover.

Engineering

Integrated design

Electrical, civil, mechanical, control, fire strategy and constructability coordinated as one plant.

Procurement

Bankable supply chain

Tier 1 cells, PCS, MV/HV equipment and project-specific warranties selected against the investor's technical requirements.

Construction

Programme control

Site sequencing, HSSE, quality assurance, logistics, subcontractor interfaces and progress reporting.

Commissioning

Proof before handover

FAT/SAT, energisation, grid compliance, functional testing, performance testing and COD documentation.

Commercial position

EPC is not optional on ROCAS-originated projects.

The capital partner funds the agreed project execution. ROCAS remains General Contractor through construction, commissioning and COD, after which the completed asset is delivered / transferred under the agreed transaction documents.

Why it matters

One accountable integrator.

  • Technology and EPC interfaces remain aligned
  • Programme, cost and responsibility are controlled centrally
  • Investor requirements are embedded before design freeze
  • Commissioning evidence is consolidated into one handover package
