ROCAS does not pay for access to capital.
Where an adviser or intermediary represents a fund, family office or capital provider, its commercial arrangement should be settled with the party it represents. ROCAS does not pay retainer, introduction or brokerage fees for investor access.
ROCAS also does not make upfront payments in order to obtain financing.
